Adults, Adolescents and Children experiencing Stress Related disorders cause psychological, biological, and physiological difficulties. Stress related disorders affect your work, education, activities, family, friends, and your outlook on life. Using Cognitive and Behavioral, Emotional support strategies, and where applicable, hypnotherapy (Note: for more info see Hypnotherapy above), I work with you and your medical doctor to help manage a variety of stress related symptoms, including but not limited to IBS, Pain Management, Depression, Anxiety, Fears, and Phobias, Body Image, and Tension Headaches.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with M.S. in Community Mental Health from Trinity College of Vermont, a BA in Psychology and an A.A.S. in Human Services from the University of Alaska Anchorage. I am a graduate of the Hypnosis Motivational Institute with certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
